BUANAMETRO.com, Nias – Kepala BPK-RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara melakukan Kunjungan Kerja di Kabupaten Nias dalam rangka Pemeriksaan Terinci atas LKPD Kabupaten Nias Tahun Anggaran 2021.
Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Aula Serba Guna Lantai III, Kantor Bupati Nias. Senin, (11/04/2022).
Pada pertemuan tersebut hadir Kepala BPK-RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Wakil Bupati Nias, Sekda Kabupaten Nias, Kepala Inspektur Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Para Assisten Sekda Kabupaten Nias, Kepala Perangkat Daerah Lingkup Kabupaten Nias, Kabag Lingkup Setda Kabupaten Nias, Dirut UPTD RSUD Dr. M. Thomsen Nias, Camat Se-Kabupaten Nias, dan Para Hadirin.
Kepala Inspektur Daerah Kabupaten Nias, Andika P. Laoli, SSTP, M.Si melaporkan bahwa saat ini Tim BPK sedang melakukan pemeriksaan terinci yang sebelumnya sudah kurang lebih 1 (satu) bulan yang lalu telah melaksanakan pemeriksaan interim.
“Dalam beberapa catatan tim, ada permasalahan di dalam pemeriksaan atas LKPD Tahun Anggaran 2021. Kami berharap setelah 7 (tujuh) tahun WDP ke depannya dapat menjadi WTP”, jelas Andika.
Dalam sambutan Bupati Nias, Yaatulo Gulo, SE.,SH.,M.Si menyampaikan bahwa Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias menyambut baik kunjungan Tim BPK-RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara, hal ini bertujuan untuk peningkatan kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah Kabupaten Nias.
“Kepada seluruh Perangkat Daerah agar kooperatif dalam memberikan data dan dokumen yang diminta oleh BPK-RI agar tidak ada temuan yang akan berpotensi pada catatan buruk Kabupaten Nias terhadap pengelolaan keuangan Daerah sehingga data tersebut dapat menghasilkan target berupa prestasi opini WTP” ujar Bupati.
“Disisi lain, beberapa hal yang menjadi perhatian khusus dan serius bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Nias antara lain; Pemkab Nias sudah 7 (tujuh) tahun dengan Predikat WDP disebabkan kendala administrasi dan implementasinya; permasalahan LKPD TA 2021 dalam pengelolaan kas belum memadai, baik belanja barang maupun jasa, pengelolaan aset dan penatausahaan piutang PBB-P2 yang belum memadai sedang dalam proses pembenahan”, tambahnya.
Pada arahan Kepala BPK-RI Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Utara Eydu Oktain Panjaitan S.E., M.M., Ak., CA., CSFA mengatakan bahwa semua Kepala Daerah harapannya sama yaitu WTP semoga dapat terwujud. Kami sangat apresiasi dengan Bupati Nias dalam memberikan konsep yang luar biasa serta bisa memberikan pencapaian dan perubahan yang sangat cepat.
“Terkait pemeriksaan, kami melakukannya secara terinci dan interim dan saat ini kami memberikan keyakinan yang memadai karena Pemerintah Kabupaten Nias sudah menyerahkan LKPD sebelumnya dan sedang dalam proses pemeriksaan secara terinci. Kami memberikan penilaian yang positif dan wajar dimana apabila laporan tersebut mengikuti prinsip akutansi dengan baik maka semua harapan selama ini dapat terwujud,”jelas Eydu.
Adapun Penyajian laporan harus mengikuti standar akutansi yang memadai serta prinsip keterbukaan (transparan), harus dijelaskan secara faktual, detail dan rinci sehingga BPK dapat percaya dan yakin bahwa laporan tersebut benar adanya.
Selain itu, Sistem pengendalian intern atau manajemen sistem untuk memudahkan mengintepretasikan harapan dengan menyatakan visi-misi melalui pembentukan struktur organisasi, unit kerja, menguraikan tugas masing-masing, menyusun SOP, mengadakan sarana dan prasana, serta pengawasan.
Eydu Panjaitan berpesan bahwa harapan BPK agar pengelolaan dan pertanggungjawaban keuangan dapat lebih akuntabel dan transparan, depedency, integritas dan profesional,”akhir Eydu. (Ome-L)
